From its conception in the 1930’s our Scotch Puff Pastry remains a firm favourite with households across the UK. Available in two sizes from most retail outlets, easy to use and suited to every application, from savoury dishes to sweet treats. Vegetarian and Free from Hydrogenated fats, our customers can have every confidence in our product.
And of course, we also manufacture an extensive range of pastry products which we call "Fill n Bake". Manufactured on a state-of-the-art laminator we produce 50 tonnes of puff pastry per week. We are the only pastry manufacturer in the UK who make their puff pastry in the traditional "Scotch" method which means the way we mix our ingredients gives it extra lift in the oven and ultimately, better results. Produced in a temperature controlled environment, you can be sure of consistent results and time-saving convenience in every shape and form.
