Although renowned for our famous Steak Pie, thousands of our customers also enjoy our retail Puff Pastry. In a world where we need to know the origins of the food we eat, we feel it's important for our customers to know that our pasty is Free from Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils or Artificial Colours and, of course, is completely Vegetarian.
Our extensive range of "Fill 'n' Bake" pastry products is manufactured on state-of-the-art equipment which produces 3 tonnes per hour. We are the only pastry manufacturer in the UK who make their puff pastry in the traditional "Scotch" method which means the way we mix our ingredients gives it extra lift in the oven and ultimately, better results.
